The rehab floor
Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
Targeted exercise and rehabilitation for back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain, sports injuries, joint pain, muscle strains, post surgical recovery, balance and mobility, and work related injuries.
Chapter 01
Rehab is what makes the adjustment hold
If a correction keeps undoing itself between visits, something is pulling it back. Usually that is muscle that has gone weak on one side and overworked on the other, and no amount of adjusting will out argue it.
Rehab here is targeted rather than general. The point is to rebuild what has gone quiet so the joint stops relying on the appointment to stay where it should be.

Balance, mobility and returning to load
Returning to full load is where a lot of recoveries fail, because the tissue is healed but the control around it has not caught up. Balance and mobility work is the bridge between not hurting and being able to trust it.
That applies as much to a senior who wants to stay steady on stairs as to an athlete returning to a season, and both are treated here.
Chapter 03
Work injuries and post surgical return
Work related injuries and post surgical recovery are both handled on the rehab floor, and both are cases where progressing too fast and too slow do equal damage.
Rock Tape is used where a joint needs support through the return rather than rest from it, and nutritional guidance is available where recovery, healing, inflammation and energy are part of the same picture.
The part of the plan that makes the rest of it hold.
