Neck pain
Stiffness that arrives with a deadline, and the kind that wakes you up.
Neck pain divides fairly cleanly into the mechanical and the postural. Mechanical neck pain has an event behind it, a whiplash, a bad night, a lift that went wrong, and tends to be sharp and directional. Postural neck pain builds across a week, sits between the shoulder blades as much as in the neck itself, and is usually worst by Thursday.
The second kind is the one people leave the longest, because there is no moment to point at. It is also the one most likely to turn into recurring headaches, since the muscle that refers pain into the skull sits right there.
Adjusting restores the segments that have locked, and dry needling releases the trigger points behind them. Where a nerve root is genuinely involved, decompression comes first.

Back pain
The single most common reason the front door opens.
Low back pain is rarely one tissue. A disc under pressure, a facet joint that has stopped gliding and muscle that has spent three weeks guarding all produce back pain, and they want quite different treatment, which is why the examination matters more than the label.
The pattern usually tells the story. Pain that is worse bending forward and sitting behaves like a disc, pain worse arching back and standing behaves like a facet joint, and pain that moved in slowly after a period of doing less is often neither, just deconditioning.
Facet and mechanical back pain respond to adjusting and rehab. Disc pain is a decompression case, and the Triton DTS traction table is what that runs on.

Shoulder pain
Frequently a neck problem wearing a shoulder costume.
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body and pays for it. Tendonitis, impingement and plain overuse all present as shoulder pain, and so does a neck that is referring down into it, which is why a shoulder that has not responded to shoulder treatment is worth examining from the neck down.
Reaching overhead, sleeping on that side and doing up a seatbelt are the three things patients mention, and which of them hurts most is genuinely diagnostic.
Laser and Tecar bring the inflammation down, cupping and needling release what has tightened around it, and rehab rebuilds the control that stops it recurring.

Arm and leg pain
Pain in a limb is often a message from the spine.
Pain, numbness, pins and needles or weakness running down an arm or a leg usually means a nerve is being irritated somewhere higher up. In the arm that is typically the neck, cervical radiculopathy; in the leg it is typically the lower back, which most people know as sciatica.
Deep hip muscle can also produce leg pain that behaves like sciatica without any nerve root involvement at all. Telling those two apart changes the treatment completely, so it is worth doing properly rather than assuming.
Headaches and migraines
When the head is where you feel it, not where it starts.
A large share of recurring headaches are cervicogenic, meaning they originate in the neck and are felt in the head. Trigger points in the upper neck and shoulders have well documented referral patterns into the temple, the back of the eye and the base of the skull.
The tell is usually that the headaches track with something physical: a heavy week at a desk, poor sleep, a change in training load, or an old neck injury that never quite resolved.
Adjusting the upper cervical segments and needling the trigger points behind them is the combination used most here, with cupping where the whole upper back is involved.

Scoliosis
Managing a curve, honestly, without overpromising.
Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine, and chiropractic care does not straighten it. What care can address is the consequence: the muscular imbalance, restricted segments, stiffness and pain that a curve produces as the body compensates around it.
That distinction is worth being clear about at the first appointment rather than the fifth. Patients who have been told otherwise elsewhere tend to appreciate hearing what is and is not on the table.
Care here is about mobility, symmetry and comfort: adjusting the segments that have stiffened, rehab for the imbalance, and soft tissue work where compensation has tightened one side.
