On the floor

One room, eight ways in.

Most practices send you somewhere else for the things that are not an adjustment. Here the traction table, the laser, the needles and the rehab floor are all in the same building, so the plan can change the week your back does.

Dr. Ben Reineking has been treating the Fox Valley since 2009, and the practice sees every age from newborns through to seniors. The building holds the traction table, the hyperbaric chamber, the laser and the rehab floor, so a plan can change without another referral.

Who you will see

Dr. Ben Reineking and Dr. Landra Pierce.

Dr. Ben studied at the University of Wisconsin and took his Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Landra works from a patient centred, natural health focused approach and sees much of the practice’s prenatal and postpartum care. There is a fireplace in this room and a firetruck bench in reception, and both are there for the same reason.

Dr. Landra Pierce, DC is the best! She's super friendly & pays attention to detail, always remembering our conversations from previous visits. This is important as I don't exactly have a common name but she recognizes me as soon as I walk in with a warm welcoming. She's excellent & helped me all through my pregnancy & after to help my back pain go away.

Dr. Landra is knowledgeable - without ego- and friendly. Listens to the patient without judgment. Very competent with her adjustment style. I am thrilled to have found her.

Before you book

Questions the front desk gets most.

You will talk through what hurts, how long it has been going on and what makes it worse, then be examined before anything is adjusted. Dr. Ben and Dr. Landra both treat the whole picture rather than the sore spot on its own, which is why the first appointment is mostly listening and testing.

No. You can call the office on (920) 574-3622 and book directly. If you are being treated elsewhere for the same problem, bring what you know about it and it will be worked around.

Decompression uses a Chattanooga Triton DTS traction table to take pressure off a disc gradually, over a course of sessions. An adjustment is a single hands on correction to a joint. Disc problems, sciatica and cervical radiculopathy usually respond better to traction than to adjusting alone, so the two are often used together.

Patients use the chamber for sports injury recovery, muscle strains, chronic pain and inflammation, joint discomfort, concussion and mild TBI, neuropathy, post surgical recovery and wound healing. It is a pressurised chamber, so it is a booked session rather than something added onto a walk in adjustment.

Yes. Dr. Ben treats every age from newborns through seniors, and Dr. Landra sees a lot of prenatal and postpartum patients. There is a firetruck bench in the waiting room for a reason.
